Working With STOICH Data

The Ecological Stoichiometry Cooperative (ESC) is building a database called Stoichiometric Traits of Organisms In their Chemical Habitats (STOICH). The ESC has developed an R package, called STOICH-Utilities to assist users working with the database.

• You have two options for working with the data in Limno-STOICH. The first is to download a fully joined STOICH database. In this version, all of the data are included on a single .csv. The second option is to access the database using STOICH-utilities. This option allows you to work with only the data you need.
